Our Rutland Square Edinburgh Conversion transformed a city-centre office into a stylish two-bedroom short-term let for a residential landlord. Encore Group managed every aspect of the project, coordinating builders’ work, joinery, M&E, sprinklers, bathroom upgrades, kitchen installation, and final decoration with precision and care.
Working in a central Edinburgh location presented logistical challenges, including no parking, limited storage, and no space for skips. Despite these constraints, we delivered the project on time and on budget, turning a complex city-centre site into a seamless success.
