Founded in 2024, Encore Group delivers trusted, high-quality construction and property services across Edinburgh and the Lothians. Through our two divisions – Encore Contracts and Encore Property Services – we provide a complete, one-stop solution for homeowners, developers, and businesses.
From construction, refurbishments, and fit-outs to ongoing maintenance, repairs, and facilities management, we approach every project with professionalism, creativity, and a commitment to excellence. Highlights include transforming a three-floor office in central Edinburgh into seven contemporary apartments – a reflection of our ability to bring ideas to life with precision and care.

Paul Hardie
Director
Paul has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry. With a background in services and project management, he specialises in planning projects from start to finish.
Ross Johnstone
Director
Ross has 25 years’ experience and in-depth knowledge of building and joinery. He specialises in design, problem-solving, and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.
Jamie Gregor
Director
Jamie heads up the property division with 13 years’ experience in property maintenance. He oversees the day-to-day operations of Encore Property Services.
