This commercial to residential project on Hope Street involved the conversion of three floors of office space into seven high-quality short-term lets in the heart of Edinburgh. Working on behalf of a residential landlord, our team provided full project management, coordinating all aspects of the refurbishment including builders’ work, joinery, M&E, sprinklers, bathroom upgrades, kitchen installations, lift installation, cornice works, and decoration. The city-centre location posed significant logistical challenges, with no parking, storage, or space for skips, requiring careful planning and coordination throughout. Despite these constraints, the project was successfully delivered within 10 months, and the client was delighted with the results.
